Acceptance mechanics
By browsing you agree to acceptable-use rules. Purchasing requires ticking acknowledgment boxes confirming age, regulatory eligibility, and review of refund terms. Wholesale partners execute supplemental paper or electronic schedules referencing these terms.
Eligibility requirements
You must possess full legal capacity in your territory, be at least eighteen, and—where local law treats supplements differently—confirm legality of import. Businesses warrant signatory authority. We may request evidence when shipments involve bonded warehouses.

Order formation
Displaying goods is an invitation. Acceptance happens when we send despatch confirmation. We may cancel before despatch for stock variance, sanctions screening hits, or payment anomalies, refunding any authorisations promptly.
Pricing and taxes
Listed amounts include Norwegian VAT when shipping from domestic inventory. Cross-border sales follow Incoterms stated at checkout. Currency conversion fees belong to your payment provider unless we expressly absorb them in writing.
Fulfilment and title

Vaylo naming, bespoke illustrations, copy, interface layouts, and documentation remain our property or licensors’. You may not scrape, mirror, or train machine models on our content without licence.

Do not attempt to breach security, overload infrastructure, send unlawful material through forms, impersonate employees, or misrepresent affiliations. Violations may trigger suspension and reporting to police or hosting partners.
Liability boundaries
For consumers, mandatory Norwegian consumer law caps nothing below its minima. For businesses, direct damages are limited to fees paid for the order giving rise to the claim per twelve-month window except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Consequential damages are excluded where permissible.
Governing law and disputes
Norwegian substantive law applies. Consumers may sue in their home courts where EU consumer regulations grant that privilege. Business disputes default to Oslo District Court unless both parties elect arbitration in English under Oslo seat rules.
